How to become a customer?

If you are not e Telecom customer

Al you have to do is approach any of the PTK sales points and submit a Request for new installation/subscription to Telecom of Kosovo.  After submission of the request, Sales section will look as to whether the installation can be done, and at the same time the customer will have the opportunity to select the preferred Package of services. Sales section will thereafter provide a Contract  that you have to enter into with the service provider Telecom of Kosovo.

If you are an existing customer of Telecom

If your bill dated prior to 01.04.2007 has exceeded the amount of 6.33€euro, then effective the same date you are automatically concerted to the Base Package, as the Telecom of Kosovo has selected it as the most economically advantageous offer. 
 
If this package is inconvenient to you, then you may approach the Customer Care Centre of the PTK and submit a Request to modify the services provided. The solution to this is PRO Package offered by the Telecom of Kosovo, as an advanced service provided to its customers. 

PRO Package is meant for Businesses, but it can be provided to other customers/users as well.
